We ship anywhere! No matter where you are, we will get your parcel to you. Be it a PO Box, APO, FPO or other Military address, work, home, or on a Saturday! Do not worry if you are as far as Italy, Turkey, Israel or Saint Kitts and Nevis! We have customers at every end of the earth, and send parcels regularly to such locations. Note that all International parcels ship as a gift, with low value declaration.

We offer flat rate shipping on all items. Please read info below on time frame for standard ground orders. On any order, as many items as you wish may be included in the Standard ground shipping fee, for a low flat rate of $9.99! Whether one items or 100 items, the shipping cost never goes up for standard ground in the USA. Should you be one of our International customers, pay only $5 more, $14.99 for any International order weighing up to 5 pounds. For International orders over 5 pounds, we will email a shipping quote.

International parcels requiring insurance for many items or high cost goods may require a higher shipping fee, which will be quoted, and agreed to by you, prior to processing of order. Wholesale orders of high value and large quantity will be assessed an additional shipping fee as well, which will be quoted, and agreed to by you, prior to processing of order.

We also offer optional Express shipping within the United States. Most items are eligible for Express shipping. Express fees are offered on your checkout page. We offer express for USA customers only without a PO BOX. Express fees are in addition to the $9.99 that will be charged. Note that delivery times are based on the standard business week of Monday thru Friday. Remember, for your order to ship the day you order, your order must be in by 10 AM Pacific time or your order will leave the next day. Do not count Saturday and Sunday into your delivery schedule. For example, if you order two day air on Thursday at noon, you will get parcel on that following Tuesday. If you order overnight on Friday at 6 AM for the additional 29.99 you will get item Monday. If you choose the Saturday air, only then, will you get parcel on Saturday. Saturday overnight is reserved for parcels leaving Friday for next day air only. Please email if you need clarification.

• We offer 3 day air for an additional $14.99 per brand.
• We offer 2 day air for an additional $19.99 per brand.
• We offer overnight for an additional $29.99 per brand.
• We offer Saturday delivery if you order on a Friday, for an additional $55 per brand.

(Per Brand- this means as many wigs per brand, for the one fee- 10 Mona Lisa wigs for one express fee, and 5 New Look wigs would ship for another express fee. Please email us customerservice@internationalwig.com if you have any questions)

Delivery:

• Ground orders take on the average of 10-14 business days to receive. Most orders shipped via our UPS or USPS ground service are delivered well before the 10-14 Business days, but depending on the items you order, our general time frame is the 10-14 business days in the USA. Please note this info prior to an order, as when you order from our site with the option of ground service, you are agreeing to the fact that a 10-14 business day time frame for delivery is OK with you. Orders with multiple items are held till all items are ready to ship- unless holding stock items would result in late delivery- then, the in-stock items would ship, & other items would then ship when they arrived, with no additional fees for the customer, of course. Note that at times items sell out, are back ordered, & when this happens you will get an email or phone call from us, giving you the option to go onto backorder status, choose another item or color- or receive a full refund. Note that 99.9% of all times, all hair extension and fusion tools are in stock and ship the day after you pay. This includes Shrinkies, micro rings, needles, clamps, and such. Normal time to get those items is only a week, on average.



• International orders are shipped via AIR Mail. Due to customs we are unable to quote a delivery time, as it varies depending on your postal service and customs procedures. For the most part, our International customer get their orders within the same time frame as our USA customers.



• Express orders must be received by 10 AM PST to ship that day. Orders received after 10 AM PST will ship the following day. Please be sure to choose the express option you need based on the time, and the day you need your order to arrive.
