When your return is received back, we will email you a coupon code. You simply need to enter your coupon code into the shopping cart coupon section of your next order, to obtain your credit on your new order. The code will be valid for one year.
Our Restocking fee is 30% of the item cost. Item must be sent back (posted on your end) within 7 days of your receiving it.
If you receive a defective item, or the wrong item, we will certainly exchange it and send the right one with no fees for you, of course.
Final Sale items include Sales kits, clothing items and costume wear, Halloween items, overstock sale and clearance items, Price Match items, Special Newsletter sale items, items sold at a special discount. Also, all wholesale and custom orders are final sale, and no exchange will be permitted. As well we are not able to offer returns/exchanges on Clary wigs, Jacquelyn, Raquel Welch wigs, or human hair items made by Wig Pro or Wigs By Pierre. They are final sale.
If you purchase an item that says "Sold out" or "Out of stock" and use a credit card, a $3 transaction fee will apply when we void the charge.
Cancellations
During the last two weeks of October, once we process your Halloween order, and email you such, you will be unable to cancel or change it, due to the amount of orders we are processing. Please check your order and be sure its exactly as you wish! Thank you for your understanding.
For non-Halloween orders, you may cancel an order as long as it has not shipped. If it has shipped, there is no cancellation. There is no cancellation for custom or wholesale orders. The cancellation fee is a 20% transaction fee- deducted from your Credit Card refund, based on your total order amount.
Refusal Of Delivery/Incorrect Address
Should you refuse your delivery, or submit to us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or should the parcel be undeliverable for any reason, and your package is returned to us, for UPS, FED-EX, USPS, or DHL parcel delivery, you will be charged a 30% restock fee. Your credit card will be credited the purchase amount, however, it will be minus shipping as originally paid, the restocking fee stated herein, fees incurred with any return from post or pickup, and a return delivery fee of $10.
