We take orders in every way possible! No matter how you wish to pay, simply fill up a basket, then check out. At checkout you will have the option to pay by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa, Paypal, Mail In Check or Money Order. As well there is a Bank Wire option for International Customers. Our website is completely secure. Our phone line is available to Monday thru Thursday from 10 Am PST to 3 PM PST and from Friday from 10 AM PST to 12 PM PST to place new orders, or if you have questions on any particular item, color or such. Any type of customer service issue, such as info on tracking, changing orders in process, shipped orders, orders already placed, are handled thru our online customer service only, please email our customer service department for a reply within hours, if not minutes.
We process orders 7 days a week, but only ship Monday thru Friday! Please keep this in mind, your order will never ship on a Saturday or Sunday, but still will be processed for Monday.
If you don't order express, just standard ground, keep in mind that certain brands of wigs such as Revlon, Anytime, Tress Allure, and a couple others, can take 5-6 business days in process, before shipping. Other brands such as Sepia, New Look, and Sophia Kaplan, normally ship within two days. Extension Fusion items, when ordered before noon Pacific time, will ship that day. We estimate ground time at 10-14 business days, but it is, in many cases, much faster for USA.
International Parcels shipping via Air Mail can take as much time as customs holds your parcel. We will ship Global Express, if offered in your country, for a fee. Once you place your order, please email us for a quote, we can add it to your order that day.
Be sure your email address is correct so we can email you a receipt, and can contact you if we have any questions on your order.
When making a credit card payment, include your credit card number, credit card type, expiration date, 3- or 4-digit CVV number, and the full name on your credit card. Be sure to click the radio button for the type of payment you wish to proceed with. If your Bill-to info does not match that of the cardholder, for all credit card orders, we will void your order.
